Exercise can improve mental health in some people

Exercise has been known to help fight anxiety, fatigue and depression in some people who stick with a good exercise regime. Schedule in time for 3 to 4 days a week or more for a good workout every morning before going to work, school or play. If your not a morning person and just can’t get going start exercising after work or take a walk after lunch to help get the blood flowing and help yourself mentally shake off the blues.

If you only have time to exercise for 5 minutes then exercise for that 5 minutes every day, eventually your body will be begging for you to go a little longer and before you know it you’ll be exercising for 20 or more minutes per day.

Start small, set your alarm for 15 minutes early and jog in place, do jumping jacks, sit-ups, or do re-bounding exercise on a mini-trampoline for 5 to 10 minutes total then shower and off to work you go feeling refreshed and ready to meet the world on your terms not theirs.

Re-bounding is a great exercise to get allover total body moving and spice up your metabolism to help burn those extra calories off easily. A good re-bounder costs around twenty dollars and they are small enough to use in almost any room in your house, on your porch or outdoors. If you are unsteady and unsure you can use one try it with someone beside you the first flew times to see if this exercise is the right one for you. Re-bounders can also be bought with a handle for you to hold on to while bouncing, this makes is much more secure and less likely to fall off of the mini-trampoline.

If you want to feel better mentally and physically exercise is the way to go. Start today!

Heal yourself Spiritually with Psalms and Proverbs

In the book compiled by George M. Wilson:

Words Of Wisdom A Journey Through Psalms and Proverbs

Billy Graham states in the forward:

‘The Psalms will tell you how to get along with God, and the Proverbs will tell you how to get along with your fellowman.’

Reading Psalms will teach you how to get along with God. Once you know God and understand Gods will for his children (you are one of his children) you will begin to have inner peace and be able to get along with yourself.

We were all made in Gods image, and we all need spiritual guidance to live harmoniously in today’s world. When cut all humans bleed red blood, when we die our bodies decay the same and our spirits reunite with our ancestors before us. Black, white, red or yellow we are all the same under the skin.

The world is full of hate and prejudice. The way the world is heading in today’s society (the year 2014) hate and prejudice will be here long after we are dead, buried and forgotten. It is a hard thing to get out of some ones bones after years of beating it into them.

But the good news is there is always hope and for someone to have inner peace they must let go of the hate and prejudice that has been plaguing them for years and forgive whoever has done them wrong.

This does not mean that you keep these people in your life. You do not need negative people surrounding you with negative thoughts.

These kind of people love misery and misery loves company as many of you well know.

The key is to forgive and let go. Once this has been done the weight of the world will be lifted off your tired shoulders. You will have an overwhelming feeling of peace and happiness and begin to live your life anew.
