Dr. Dewan completed her MBBS from the Lady Hardinge Medical College, Delhi, India, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology including Family Planning (DGO) from Maulana Azad Medical College and Lok Nayak Hospital, University of Delhi, India.
