Dr. Vikas Ahluwalia An award-winning medic, Dr. Vikas Ahluwalia currently works as the Director of Metabolic & Bariatric Medicine at Max Super Speciality Hospital in Saket, New Delhi.He is also the Executive Director , Diabetes Care Foundation of India, New Delhi an NPO dedicated to creating awareness about diabetes in India. During his academic years, he pursued various specialised training and won the ‘Highest Proficiency Award’ during his post graduation. He has been working in the field of Diabetes, Bariatric & Metabolic Medicine ever since the inception of this department at Max Healthcare. He has extensive experience in educating health professionals and has been appointed as subject expert in the field of medicine by Diplomate National Board of Examination, New Delhi.
