Dr. B C Kalmath is currently an Associate Honorary Cardiologist at Bombay Hospital in Mumbai, where he has been working since 1999. He also serves as Associate Professor of Cardiology at Bombay Hospital Institute of Medical Sciences. In addition he is a Consultant Cardiologist at Jupiter Hospital and Thane Clinic, both of which are located in Thane. In his present position as Interventional Cardiologist, Dr. Kalmath performs complex procedures including Angioplasty, Stenting, Balloon Valvotomy, Permanent Pacemaker installation and other catheter-based treatments of heart diseases. He has performed more than 3,500 Angioplasties and 12,000 Coronary Angiograms.
