Dr. S Venkatraman is Senior Consultant, Neuro Sciences at Rockland Hospital, New Delhi. He has previously served as Medical Speciality Consultant in the Armed Forces for over 34 years. Dr. Venkatraman was awarded the Vishisht Seva Medal (V.S.M) by President of India in 1982. He also received the Distinguished Services Award by the Geriatric Society of India (DGAFMS) for his contribution to medical sciences in 1971, and a medal for Best Officer at the Armed Forces Medical College (A.F.M.C), Pune.
