Dr. S. C. Arya possess the most prestigious MBBS degree from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi. He is also a Diplomate of American Board of Pediatrics. He is currently working as an Emeritus Consultant in Department of Neonatal, Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine at BLK Super Specialty Hospital in New Delhi. He previously held the position of Head of Department and Director of Center for Child Health at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital in New Delhi. Dr. Arya has won several awards and recognition’s to his credit like Outstanding Young People of the Year Award in 1969; President of Indian Academy of Pediatrics Award in 1990; Lifetime Achievement Award called Emedinews in 2011; Lifetime Achievement Award, IAP Delhi in 2012 and has also won the Sir Gangaram Hospital award which was started as an Oration in his name in 2013. Dr. S. C. Arya is a member of Fellow Indian Academy of Pediatrics and he is also a member of the Delhi Medical Council.
