Dr. O.P. Yadav was the Founder Chairman of the Department of Cardiac Surgery at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, New Delhi. He is currently the CEO and Chief Cardiac Surgeon at National Heart Institute, New Delhi. With degrees of MBBS & MS from Maulana Azad Medical College, New Delhi, Diplomate of National Boards (Surgery) & Diplomate of National Boards CTVS, Dr. Yadav has also received advanced training in Adult Cardiac Surgery from Royal Perth Hospital, Australia and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery from Royal Children Hospital, Melbourne & Fukuoka Children Hospital, Japan. He has achieved fellowships of the Cardiological Society of India, the Indian College of Cardiology and the Indian Association of Cardiovasc Thoracic Surgery. Dr. Yadav has to his credit over 10,000 open heart surgical procedures, and his special field of interest is Total Arterial OPCAB.
