In 1982, he was awarded university gold medal in MD (Cardiology). Dr. M Viswanathan’s qualifications include DM (Cardiology), MD (Medicine), and FISE (Interventional Cardiology). His area of expertise mainly lies in Interventional Cardiology. Dr. M Viswanathan has treated several patients suffering from life-threatening heart diseases in India.
